1. Eligibility

2. Products

Our products are graphic apparel that is custom printed to order using direct-to-film (DTF) printing. We make every effort to display our products and designs accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color or detail will be completely accurate. Minor variations in color, print placement, and finish are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability.

Because our products are made to order, production typically begins shortly after your order is placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including size, design, and shipping address.

5. Shipping

Information about processing times, shipping methods, rates, and delivery is set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are custom printed to order, our return and refund practices differ from a typical retail store. Please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, but we will replace items that arrive defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect if reported within 14 days of delivery.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, may expire, may be limited to one use per customer, and may not be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our Website, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images, is the property of Tee Riot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.

The products you purchase are for your personal use. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce, resell at scale, or commercially exploit the design printed on it.

You agree not to use our Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation or security of the Website, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or to engage in any activity that could harm Tee Riot or other users.

10. Product humor and content

Some of our designs feature humor, including adult or irreverent humor. Our designs are intended for entertainment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the designs reflect this nature. If you find a particular design objectionable, simply do not purchase it.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Riot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
