Every Tee Riot order is printed, pressed, and packed by hand in Easton, Pennsylvania. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

Processing time

Because every item is made to order, we need a little time to print and prepare your order before it ships. Orders are typically printed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.

During busy periods (holidays, sales, or new drops), processing may take slightly longer. If there is an unusual delay with your order, we will reach out to let you know.

Shipping method and delivery time

We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 7-10 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our shop, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on all orders of $25 or more
  • A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $25

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional shipping charges.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at orders@teeriot.shop and we will do our best to help.

For packages that appear lost or stuck in transit, please reach out and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
