Refund Policy

Every Tee Riot shirt is printed to order specifically for you. Because each item is made just for your order, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retail store. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-order items
All of our products are custom printed when you place your order. We do not keep pre-printed inventory on shelves. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing information carefully before ordering.
Defects, misprints, and wrong items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us at orders@teeriot.shop within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or error
If we confirm the item is defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. You will not need to pay for the replacement or for return shipping.
What qualifies as a defect or error
Examples of issues we will replace include:
- Print defects (cracking, peeling, fading, or misaligned printing on arrival)
- The wrong design, size, or color shipped compared to what you ordered
- Items damaged in transit
- Blank or material defects in the shirt itself
What does not qualify
The following are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind after ordering
- Normal wear, or damage caused by improper washing or care
- Minor variations in color or print placement that are inherent to the direct-to-film (DTF) printing process and do not constitute a defect
- Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Because every item is made to order, our standard remedy for a confirmed defect or error is a free replacement. If we are unable to produce a suitable replacement, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If a refund is issued in any circumstance, it will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order cancellations
Because we begin producing your order shortly after it is placed, cancellation requests must be received as soon as possible. Contact us at orders@teeriot.shop immediately if you need to cancel. If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
